Making the Transition

Most design projects will go through a series of transitions as they evolve from a drawing-board to a well oiled machine.
In assisting our clients, we have established a flexible process that allows for open communication, setting clear expectations, and ultimately a finished product that we the developer and you the client are happy with.
- Discovery --
During the discovery process, we work with and listen to you describe your business, your objectives, and your needs. For each project, we will conduct an analysis of your customers, create a lucid profile of your business model, document online and offline competition, and help you work through your implementation requirements.
- Design --
Now that we understand the scope and size of your project, we begin working on the finer details. The layout and relationships between areas of your website are brainstormed and mapped out. Through this phase, your feedback is helpful to ensure nothing is overlooked and double-checked for improvement.
- Development --
With the design approved, your project moves into development. We communicate regularly with our client as defined milestones are accomplished.
- Delivery --
With the development complete -- it's time to unveil the finished product. We'll follow-up with you once again to ensure that your site's launch is a success.
- Refinement --
We aim to work with you long after we deliver you a finished product, ensuring that your online presence is performing accurately and effectively.
The end goal is simple: To create a realistic plan of action.
